By using this service, you acknowledge that the scores, ratings, and style advice provided are generated by an algorithm for entertainment and informational purposes only. These results do not constitute professional fashion advice.

2 Data Privacy & Zero-Retention Policy Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. VisioGrade operates under a strictly "transient processing" model:

• No Storage: Images captured or uploaded by you are NOT stored, archived, or retained on VisioGrade's servers after the analysis is complete.
• Immediate Deletion: Once the AI analysis is finalized and the results are delivered to your device, the image data is immediately discarded from our processing pipeline.

3 Third-Party Processing

To perform the analysis, your image data is securely transmitted to our third-party AI service providers (e.g., Google Gemini API). By proceeding, you consent to this transmission solely for the purpose of generating your style score.

We ensure that these providers process data in accordance with strict security standards.

4 User Conduct & Prohibited Content Usage Rules

You agree strictly NOT to upload content that includes:

• Nudity, sexual content, or obscenity.
• Violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• Biometric data or personally identifiable information of others without consent.

VisioGrade reserves the right to terminate access for users violating these policies.

5 Limitation of Liability Legal

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." VISIOGRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON THE AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK.
